Orders placed on aazaao.com are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification or massage with the tracking details. In case there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you and keep you informed about the expected delay.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email containing the Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the Tracking URL to track your order in real-time.
Our logistics partners typically deliver shipments within 2-3 working days for metro cities and 5-7 working days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, due to unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order. We request you to track your shipment using the details sent to your registered email ID or Mobile Number.
Please note: A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory to receive a delivery within India, as our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery process. Failure to receive or provide the OTP may result in non-delivery of the package, which is completely beyond our control. If the package is returned to our warehouse, additional charges may apply. The customer will be responsible for paying the extra shipping charges required to re-ship the package.
If you believe the product has been delivered in poor condition, or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged before delivery, kindly refuse to accept the order. Immediately contact our customer care team with your Order ID, and we will promptly arrange a brand-new replacement for you at no extra cost.
aazaao.com offers free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499/- within India. For prepaid orders below ₹499/-, a shipping charge of ₹50/- is applicable. A shipping and cash-handling fee applies to all Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders within India. COD is not available for orders below ₹500/-. Orders ranging from ₹501 to ₹4999/- will incur a COD charge of ₹125/-. COD is also not available for orders above ₹5000/-.
Payments can be made through all major VISA or RazorPay credit and debit cards via our secure payment gateway during checkout. All transactions are processed in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. The listed prices are inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes.
While a particular courier might deliver the product to your location, they may not offer a reverse pickup service. In such situations, you will be required to send the product back to us yourself. Please reach out to our customer care team, and we will provide you with the return address.
