Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products are eligible for return or exchange if:

• The product is in its original condition
• All tags and packaging are intact
• The product has not been worn, washed, or used
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Log in to your Aazaao.com account
2. Go to 'My Orders' section
3. Select the order you want to return/exchange
4. Choose between return or exchange option
5. Select the reason and submit your request

Pickup Process

Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup from your address. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged and all original tags are intact.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

• You can exchange for a different size, color, or style
• The new product will be shipped once we receive the returned item
• Price difference will be adjusted accordingly
• Free shipping on the exchanged product

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized items
• Products without original tags and packaging
• Items that have been worn, washed, or used
• Products showing signs of damage or misuse

If you're not satisfied with your order, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The exchanged product will be approved only after inspection. Once approved, the new product will be delivered within 7 days.
